if i had subs like these in perfect condition id build them a perfect ported box with routered corners and carpeted and hold on to them for a LONG time. they'd be worth something someday..even though there just subs.

dude...these actually sound just like they do in this video...hard hittin mutha fucking subs...i had 3 of these 12's...i took them to be installed at a pro shop with some of their amps...none of their 12's hit harder than this...good set up man...
these hx2s are no joke...i have myn wired to 1ohm and slappin everyday with no raddle of the subs or anything....but im running a punch fosgate1000.1 rms to. i love em.....lol

I like the POWER series first time i heard some was with a 100 watt amp and those things pounded so hard it was unbelievable. The amp was a older Punch 100 amp.

@VolcomSkater2024 Because I was a noob and didn't know what I do now about car audio. I wanted more bass and all I needed to do was go ported (they were sealed) and have gotten a little larger amp on them.
@CoupeDeville23 i got one of these in my buick lasabre (dont laugh i know its a grandma car but i got rims on it) its hooked up to a rockford 750 amp wired down to 2 ohms so its pushing 1500 watts. it makes my trunklid bounce half an inch
nice setup man, i used to have an 89 accord with kicker comps in it. this setup sounds nice, now i have a 96 accord and 2 hx2 punch 12's as well, but i need to build a box. I was wondering what you used to design your box if you built it yourself? thanks!
