Frank Beard was my golfing idol in the early 60s during Palmer, Player & Nicklaus heydays... he was an excellent golfer despite his drinking problems but he did overcome it. He never let himself down when the big 3's were at their heights. Even he beat Arnie twice in a play-off of one tournament. Live on Frank!!!
