imo sony basically screwed over all ps3 players. heres why

a. 599 on launch? what?

b. very little exclusives. what defines a console and makes it stand out

c. lack of options. With the ps3, u get it all, but alot of it u dont need, and u still pay full price. Micro makes more money out of accessoriies it sells.

d. lack of games in general. the 360 sold like 2.1 million units over christmas. ps3 only 400,000, and ps2 300,000. sad how they STILL have to rely on an old console.

The January 14th 'patch' completely raped our framerates down to less-than-playable levels. Before the patch, I could play with everything set to 'high' (full-effects) and still maintain 60-120 frames per second, ...now, (after the 'patch') the framerate is only 24 FPS, and during zombie-hordes, it goes down as low as FIVE FPS. It's become a blasted slideshow, NOT an immersible experience.

Valve has previously expressed their strong distaste for developing on the PS3, a sentinent they somewhat drew back just recently. However, it's now too late to expect a Valve made version of L4D on the shelves.
