  • there was no letter people series in the 1990's.this series was produced in 1976 by pbs affiliate station ketc in st.louis,missouri.

  • I've noticed that the Letter Boys were introduced by what they have in common. Mr. M,T,F,H,N represented body parts, Mr. B,Z,P,S,V represented clothing, Mr. L,D,G,C represented food, Mr. K,W,Y represented verbs, and Mr. J,R,X,Q represented just random stuff. And the Letter Girls represented random stuff as well.

  • You are correct, according to the original classroom program: Group I (M, T, F, H, N) are exaggerated body parts, group II (B, Z, P, S, V) are based on articles of clothing, group II (L, D, G, C) are sweet foods, group IV (K, W, Y) are "action boys all of whom do things every child has done," group V (R, J, U) are things children carry around, and group VI (X, Q) do not make sounds. A, E, I, and O were just randomly placed.

  • he's verry cute

  • I'd prefer the 70's letter people over the 90's more P.C. letter people, the old kind were a lot more fun
