i like this game because of the unrealisticness of the hits.... i find the hits when u check someone else funny, and puposely play to check people and see how manu P.M i can get.

Even though I prefer playing video games on consoles and even with all of these newer games, NHL 2002 on the PC is the game that simply appeals to me the most out of any hockey game. It's simple, yet not completely simplified, and I actually like the players of the early 2000s better than what we have now, probably because this was the generation I grew up watching and had more fun learning about.
