  • Hey Girl,

Love your work!!! your awesome. What brushes do you use?? Would love to know

    Thanks, ;)

    from Florida

  • I'm starting to get into face painting and was wondering if after the makeup is applied does it smear? Does it dry well? I have a party I'm doing in a few weeks and looking for some really good face paint makeup that will stay on. Can you help me??? Love your work! THANKS!

  • Love, love, love your detail!!!

  • what make paints do you use , where can i get them and brushes x

  • No dislikes .....

  • I love this it's easy to do but when you've done it looks really complex

  • Thanks for posting. Male Graffiti Artist here since the early 80's. I'm doing a free form Taiwan Native Tribal design for a costume this Friday party on myself. Have a few days to practice lol using Mehron Liquid Makeup which I picked up in NYC. The sponge trick helped greatly. 1st attempt not too shabby.

  • I really love this! so pretty and I love the colors!

  • Beautiful!!

  • I fail :/ I'm not much of an artist );

  • thank you, this is a huge help

  • I just did a fair and I wished I'd had this butterfly. I tried to "fill in" the edges of my butterfly with a #4 round and it was taking too much time. I also like the teardrop lower wings to avoid putting black on the lower cheek. Thank you so much. I'll send you a link when I end up using it.

  • hello i think ur so wiked at face painting im asking for a request on a tutriol on face painting of the catipiller frm bugs life for my last day at my skl please would you do it befor friday, the coming friday thnx :)

  • Could you do me a huge favor? I work as a face painter and I would loveee to practice this design. Could you email me a picture of this?

  • OMG this is gorgeous

i would LOVE to try this! <3

  • beautiful

  • Wow I thought that was gonna be a little complicated for me at the start but it looks really easy! Fab!

  • Another fantastic tutorial. This butterfly is lovely. I like the way the cheek is left very simple with a few suggesting lines. Often butterflies are too heavy on the cheek.

  • I do like your painting style, very delicate but at the same time clear and precice lines.

  • I am trying to find metallic grimas, nobody seems to know what that is. Perhaps, because I am in the US that it isn't offered to me, any suggestions?

  • @1saloner

We sell it at mimicks.co.uk but I don't know how much it is to ship. If you we're to email Sherrill at info@mimicks.co.uk she could probably find out for you.

  • tose are really metallic and pretty colors

  • do you always use water makeup?? how different is it with regular makeup? thanks
