lol I can relate...but its not Criminal Minds that gets me. There's this show called The First 48 that follows homicide division cops around as they solve murders...one of the divisions they follow around is here in Dallas and everytime they show an episode featuring DPD I get paranoid and am convinced I am living in a city full of whack jobs murderers and I could be next to be killed.

I know its crazy but it creeps me out lol.:P

Yeah, Reid IS afraid of the dark.  I can't remember what episode it is in - it was a child serial killer who killed other kids, it was an awesome episode - and people teased him about. But I'm afraid of the dark, and so are alot of people.
