If these sounds are being recorded all over the world, there must be one tired bird out there. I can hear the same bird chirp at the same place on every recording. Couldn't be people re-dubbing the audio onto their videos....could it ?

i dont think its atmospheric because if it was you would be hearing it every where around the world because the atmosphere is all around us right? something must be concentrating this sound to certain areas for people to be hearing it in certain places like it has been occurring.if im not mistaken haarp does that doesent it at least what the rumors say. be safe friends and keep your arms and family's close.
