I remember Frank Mir was doing color commentary for Cerrone's fight against Ben Henderson, shown near the end of the video. When he locked up his arm (3:52) Mir lost his composure and screamed "Oh my God!" because he thought Ben's arm was broken. The fact that Henderson escaped that one, as well as several other insane submission attempts, was amazing. Even though he lost, Cerrone became my favorite fighter. Good luck against Diaz, Cowboy!
