What are you talking about! My title company has closed no less than 15 CHASE files with the very same letter (down to signature and all) you show...This YEAR! They just showed me an approval with a $35,000 incentive and the sale was....$56,000! WE CLOSE SHORT SALES and incentives are being payed!
Trent, I currently have one of these going right now. I was assigned a negotiator and the NEGOTIATOR SUGGESTED I CHANGE THE HUD AND ADD 10,000 FOR A SELLER INCENTIVE..... so i have and just got issued an approval letter. Just waiting on the buyers funds... but this deal is only a 30,000 sale as it is...weird? It must be fulfilling some quota or something becasue this home was already foreclosed and we are in the 3rd month of redemption.... i will let you know if it actually closes... Steven
My team has closed several loans with Chase. They did not attempt to fire us as listing agents. The funds have ranged from 5-22K in our files. It depends on the property and the qualifications of the homeowner. We work in Brooklyn and Queens New York. I are currently preparing a marketing push to 90 NOD's with Chase loans.
