Actually what you don't see in this video is that he retells the joke and everyone laughs. He also follows it up with another joke making reference to the OJ Simpson jury retiring to florida and everyone laughed at that one as well. This video doesn't tell the whole story on purpose. I think there may have actually been a mic issue, you can hear feedback during the last half of the joke including the punchline.
