i collect pellet guns i have about 20, from the 1938 red rider, that fires at 350 fps to the Benjamin marauder that fires a pellet at 1000fps, i use it for hunting small game and i seen someone take down a wild hog. and im not a criminal, the problem is the parents. pellet guns are an awesome hobby, if you dont like fire arms try pellet guns, you can have your own range at home.

i collect pellet guns i have about 20, from the 1938 red rider, that fires at 350 fps to the Benjamin marauder that fires a pellet at 1000fps, i use it for hunting small game and i seen someone take down a wild hog. and im not a criminal, the problem is the parents. pellet guns are an awesome hobby, if you dont like fire arms try pellet guns, you can have your own range at home.

This is just a guess, but I think I may be right. There are shotgun rounds with BB size pellets. The pellets that a BB gun shoots are the same pellets found in the BB size shotgun round. Hence the name BB gun.

BB guns, along with pellet guns, sling shots, airsoft guns, paintball guns, and bows are already basically illegal where I live. You can own them, but there is almost no where where you can legally shoot them other than a national forest or BLM land. Can't even shoot on your own land.
When I was a kid we used to shoot BB guns and slingshots in our backyards all the time. No one ever got hurt (these were the low powered kids guns like the red ridder) and no harm was done.

I would never keep firearms in my house - they bring a false feeling of security. Face it, the risk of a family member beeing injured by your gun is far greater than the possiblity that it will be useful in protecting your family.
