I'm even a christian, but that aside, who is anybody to tell me what my "spiritual fitness" is? Honestly, this isnt even the worst part. Theres also mandatory saturday training alot of soldiers are being forced to sit through based on this concept. It's extrememly irritating, offensive, and insults my intelligence.

Yeah, I know he does that alot. However, I have heard him also mention that it's kind of a fine line, and while he considers himself an agnostic on the whole, he does believe that God doesn't exist. And that is the belief of an Atheist. So, technically it would be more correct to say he is both.

@bambam8541 I never knew it was a religious organziation. In my troop god or religion was almost never mentioned except for the Boy Scouts Oath. I never knew atheists weren't allowed to joined until I discovered it on the internet a few days before my Eagle Court of Honor.

But for which is the greater sacrifice, i think both, as both are willing to sacrifice for someone else. The sacrifice is life, not their attitude towards afterlife.

And the WORD did come to Earth as a human being, and dwelt among us, and was crucified and 3 days later was ressurected from the dead. The evidence is all around you. Just look up at the stars the sun and othere cellestial bodies. And all the beautiful things here on earth, the trees, etc.

Science systematic knowledge of the physical world gained through observation and experimentation and it does not deal with anything super natural.

Its only increases their knowledge of the human condition. i'm not saying they should practice, just know about it. But to make a claim that atheist are not the one's "blowing shit up" is ignorant. I served with the Marines in many countries; Iraq, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa. And all sorts of with and without interest in religion were "blowing shit up".
