Sweet song, for sure. I was born in August. But the song is a sad song, full of deep, dark, stirring emotion. It will be one of two songs played during my funeral. I don't view this song as a death song, but rather a sad song that reminds people to keep going in spite of today's pain.

@warrenjlc84 interesting you say this because from the moment I first heard this song it always reminded me of my mother. Its sweet flowing melodies always brought tears to my eyes. Quite ironically my mom passed away in August of 2002. Still one of the most beautiful songs ever written and I made a playlist for my mother with just this song in it.

i grew up listening to this man's music. my mother adored it. i remember being a little boy, sitting in the back seat of the car with my little brother beside me, my mother driving, and the wind everywhere, and this music filling us all. i remember a feeling of inspiration, dreaming what it would be like to be as beautiful artist as this man.now, because this man inspired me as a small boy a long time ago, i travel the world performing as a professional dancer. this is art at its most powerful.
