If they do do a xmen 4 it would be about the sentinels arc and then it could lead up to the Apocalypse arc. But what i see that they might be doin is makin like spinoffs of some characters so that there spin-offs will introduce new characters so when they do xmen 4 and have new characters they wont have to waste most of the movie in introducin them and there backgrounds.

But am not sure am just guessin.
