Condor MaaaaaaAAAAAAANN!! Other YT posters posted this promo too, 80's VHS rental tape glory. My class sang all the songs from Pete's Dragon in 3rd grade in 1988. Candle On The Water, look it up...
This u8sed to scare me with some of the movies shown here when I was a kid. In particular, it was that scene where the guy says, "Want a light?". By the way, what movie was that from?
wasn't just research I used my own knowledge since I have a collection of Disney movies on any home video format, including vhs, dvd, and laserdisc. I wouldn't plan to buy Blu ray discs any time soon, and I would probably never will
this was also seen on the FIRST ORIGINAL video release of Robin Hood. I confirmed from Youtube user Gabrielkat that the early printings of this title don't have the walt disney and you promo, but later printings until the late 1986 printings do, however.
this promo was officially retired in 1985, so later prints of the earlier WDHV titles, such as Bedknobs and Broomsticks don't have it (if you happen to see a cardboard slipcase release of the Neon Mickey video titles, don't count on seeing this on the videos themselves)
this was seen on disney movies on video from 1982-1985. This was also seen on the video release of Splash (1984), which is strange since it is a Touchstone release. Disney primary distributed Touchstone video releases since Buena Vista (Disney's distribution company) distributed the theatrical releases of Touchstone films
Does the absent minded professor, Apple Dumpling Gang, Alice in Wonderland and Herbie rides again, Do they have the walt disney and you promo.

I may not have been born in the earlier 80's but this was a good ad from that decade
