Guys, don't be blind! There is still no UNLOCK for baseband 04.11.08 yet! Forget all messages from people who pretend they have. There is absolutely no unlock up to this very day 22. February 2012!

@SkyePimp You can by having it done via "Factory unlock" which I had to do, but not through redsn0w or some other hack tool. Not yet, anyway! Jailbreaking, yes...............unlocking, No!!

This method is no longer possible, all methods claiming to downgrade your baseband is fake, with the exception of a possible SHSH blobs downgrade (needed to have been saved on ios 4.3.5) The way this guy downgraded was apple where still signing the ios 4.3.5 iOS so he downgraded via itunes 10.4 which as a result lowered his baseband , then used a custom ipsw to upgrade back to ios 5.0 whilst preserving his older baseband.

@sdee4sdee if you can update to baseband 6.15.00 that would make it unlockable with ultrasnow but the only thing is that you won't be able to update your firmware in the future in other words you'll be stuck with what you have

@1GiantTurtle Take a look at the Model. MC319LL is a AT&T phone dude. You can check it on others unlocked AT&T lol. Factory unlocked phone model is different.

Downgrading back 4.10.01 is possible because yesterday I upgraded via stock IOS5 because I thought Gevey would work on 4.11.08.

It didn't so I thought all hope was lost so I tried my luck and was fortunate to downgrade back to 4.10.01 which Gevey supports. There's still hope guys try it. I must add that I had TinyUmbrella running also.
