To the posters below. These are not pets. There is a difference between domesticated animals like cats, dogs, cows etc and monkeys, crocodiles etc. The first can live together with people and have adapted their behavior. These monkeys haven't and on top of it all are endangered. Each one of these that you take out of the jungle won't reproduce and you help these animals' extinction. Read up on some biology before you make such dumbass comments.

Why doesn't a big red flag spring up for you people? Poorly monitored does not mean it is legal to own one, these animals are highly threatened and ILLEGAL to own. Thousands have died due to mismanagement in captivity. Buy a friggin' captive bred chinchilla or hamster and leave the wildlife alone!

well I have to say something about all these coments:

You should have to know, there very cute(for sure) but you also have to think about, these little animals are no easy pets. So please, if you REALLY wan't to "own" such a Lori, ask, if it's illegal or something and PLEASE ask a zoo or something, how you have to treat the little guys, ask what tey're eating and so on. Belive me, thinks about the good sites of good treatment, the Lori will love you, and you'll have a lot more fun.
