Well it's also based off the El Manana explosion. She has a parachute malfunction and at the last second gets it open but is too close to the explosion and gets the bruise / fire burn.

THe real animation is Russel coming out of the sea and extends his hand with Noodle on it and she plays a melodica and she just kinda stands there, looks around plays and get dive bombed by a fighter plane. They played that video when i saw them in Chicago
