well the textures and meshes are the ones in the dat files its just a area viewer that reads the ffxi install data and lets you display em

the music is by the star onions a jp group i think that have re recorded some of the ffxi tunes album can be got from amazon and other suchn sites

if you want to use this area viewer lots of work has been done by a dedicated few in the windower forums to get the program translated to eng http://ffxi.archbell.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4559
