You need the Open For Business expansion pack for the Sims 2, and its in the foundation section in build mode :)

It was just too big to furnish on video, since youtube only allows 10 minute videos, it would've been a 20 - 25 minute video.

those long things accross the roof are a stage that I think come with a expansion pack.

go into build mode and click on the decks and foundations buton, there are two foundation options click on the interior and split level foundation (the other option besides the normal one)

its a glass roof just type "glass floor" in on the exchange and you can download it :P

it comes with the nightlife expansion pack, its called stage. You can place it on any buildings but you need the nightlife expansion or its open for business. I don't know

Well foundation on the first floor is that thing with the brick covering but this one is the stage foundation and it lets you put that on the roof
