Granted this is a cruel to take biological samples you have to remember this was back in the 60's when we had not devolped more humane ways to take samples. God did not create coral reefs or fish or any life for that matter evolution did. Mr. Scientist is also the very famous Marine Biologist Jacque Cousteau who has taught us many things about our ocean's and the creature that inhabit it
