@ernk72 Actually, about the time that movie came out you would've been right. The early Kahr's had some problems, generally requiring a detailed cleaning and polishing to fix. Since then they've fixed their issues and they're a quality handgun, designed for easy concealed carry.

I, personally, am big enough to carry a full sized pistol. So I don't use 'compact' designs. I bought my father one a few years back though. It's got over a thousand rounds through it so far without one problem.

@ernk72 Honestly, they have. Now, that said I'd much rather carry a Springfield XD9. It's a hair slimmer, has that wonderful 1911 style grip safety, and are an absolute joy to shoot. But I wouldn't hesitate to carry a Kahr these days.

@Wynterbourne agree with you on that one the springfield a nice weapon use to carry compact 38 rev smith/wesson easy to shoot on point but just not enough rounds :) the smith /wesson mod 5946 works well for me with the right holster for concealment.
