  • Thanks Davin, I had always had problems making an image of my c drive. I used Macrium and followed your instructions and voila! it was easy and it worked. I even tested it by recovering from my first image. Thanks!

  • Great piece of software for backing up, but don't bother trying to do a restore.

Took 1hr to do a backup, but restore was still running 7 hours later and had only reached 30%

  • hey davin good job you helped me very much

  • You are a really geek! I'd like that! =D

  • This is a great Video! I have looked on this site for this type of information and found only yours to have what we need, and you do say "part one of two" so we need to see all to get the big picture, thanks a lot

  • ??? Why would you back it up on a partition on your hard drive? ??? If your hard drive crashes or you can't boot into windows then that backup is useless.

  • @whiskeyify you accuses the partition via the rescue disc. You need to watch part two of this video.

  • dude nice vid...i have a question: can u save the backup on a usb flash drive, i have one it is a 8gb one...

  • @beastdude98 Yeah you can do that, watch part two to this video, I put it on my external HD.

  • Great job! I look forward to watching more of your videos...

  • shit nice video man

  • right on!

  • After you create an image will it be bootable?

  • @Joseph9536 No, you're gonna have to create a bootable rescue disc like in part 2 of the video. Once you do that, then you can boot from it.

  • I followed your process but now i don't know how to use this backup to restore the system,

  • @arsalaankhan222 You're gonna have to create a bootable disc rescue disc. I put it in part two of this video. Have your annotations on.
