No, all little sisters are invincible. Probably the developers did this to avoid controversy about killing children in video games.

If you harvest little sister she will die, so yes you can kill them.

lol i did this but i accidently shot the one on myside or something and he attacked me to but luckily they were still fighting i killed the one that was on my side it was so sad lol :( he was my big buddy xD

personally, i did like this plasmid but i didnt find much purpose in it cuz since the game is pretty short and easy and the missions too then i couldnt really find use for this plasmid

okay. you have to buy this when you get to neptune's bounty. the one that he went to to hypnotize didnt have a litter sister, it was just roaming. when you get to that level you have to look at the big daddies you want to kill because some wont have sisters

you get this plasmid when you rescue 3 little sisters you find a teddy bear at any gatherer's garden then you search the bear and you find it as for the little sister if a big daddy is escorting a little sister then she will return to her hidey hole (the vent)

You've got to rescue the little sisters. Then you can get it as a gift. Theres ALSO a chance you'll randomly get the power when (spoiler) Fountains mind control rends your ability to choose which Plasmid you're using into nothing

I'm not sure. I harvested all the little sisters because I wanted the bad ending haha. But I think maybe if you start asap. But you still won't get the happy ending even if you harvest one :(

great video, the best way to complete the game is to save all the little sisters you can and only kill them when you are Really low on 'Adam' and uselessly weak..(lol loved becoming a big daddy.. thats the best!)

there are much better places to hypnotize big daddys tho.. and 'NYTHUG94' you don't have to save all of the little sisters.. just some

shit i killed them all...didn't want to, but you need the fucking ADAM. if you save the girls, you will have a good ending, if you kill them you will get the bad ending, where you destroy the earth etc.

You have to save the Little Sisters instead of harvesting them. You will later then get the plasmid as a gift from Tennenbaum.

I beat this game like 5 times i am just amazed as to how this game still isn't boring my first play through i killed all little sisters my second play through i saved all my third play through I saved all little sisters up to when tenenbaum gives you the hypnotize big daddy v.2 plasmid then i killed all and as bad as I felt killing them I found its the best way to play the game you get great plasmids some extra adam and a hell of alot of harvested adam.

yeah saving them all is probably second best way but really just save half of the little sisters to get rare special plasmids then kill other half for a load of adam great mix
