@fchermom tune the low E to a D (tune to D string) then tune the G string down to an F# by tuning it to the 4th fret of the D string. it's a pain in the arse tuning

@bhanniga they look like normal Spanish guitar strings to me but I think the sound is actually more down to how he is playing it rather than the strings themselves, if you notice, he's not playing directly over the hole, he's playing further down which makes them sound more metallic.

So, string 6 is being tuned DOWN to D and string is being tuned DOWN to F#

nah you don't, it doesnt matter too much but jose` does some little strumming bits where you can hear that the top string is tuned to E.

Its not hard to work out the left hand. First section is 3rd fret on F#, 4th fret on the A string, with hammer ons on the 5th (and keep it on the 5th).

Section two is 2nd fret for A string, 4tth freat for D string (normal D) with one pluck of 0h2 on that string.

Then into the 3rd section is 4th fret D(normally E) then 5th fret to transition into the 3rd section. Then its just 5th fret for D and A (top two strings) with 1 hammer on the A string, i.e. 4h5.

Rest of the strings are open.
