Apparently receiving the Holy Spirit and understanding it eludes you Frant....sorry but if you were truly in the word. You would realize what was happening here. I am a member of this church (American) nothing wrong with people being blessed with the spirit and praying.

Where do you see smothering and hysterical crying here? I've been in many services at the Church....any proof of this? Wonder if I could get over 12,000 people to get up and pray at 4am in the US everyday for even a week let alone the 12 basket prayer and Passion week before Easter.

why be so judgmental?? They are just praying for themselves and for others. I live in the U.S but have read about this particular church. God has worked many amazing miracles through their prayers, healing the sick and mending broken families and lives...there is nothing "idiotic" about that. Whether or not it looks foolish to you, God works through their worship and prayer in a powerful way.perhaps if you go there one day you'll see. don't make fun of worship. it isn't wise.

yes, read the book The Fourth Dimension. It was written by the pastor, Dr. David Yonggi Cho. A lot of things are explained it, as well as many true examples.
