it's very hard to mashup JD, but this is one of the best efforts I've seen so far. Tempo on Trent's voice is a hair quick, but a good idea.

I'm curious how it would sound using the 12" version on Substance. Slightly quicker, which might clear up the vocal issues that a few of us mentioned.

On a scale of A+ to F-, i'll give it a B-. Not bad, but some minor flaws that could probably be cleaned up.

Stephen Morris' drums & Hooky's bass, for the most part, fit in with Trent's vocals

but once it gets to the actual guitar & the last part, it gets kinda ugly

Good idea. If you can isolate the drums from the original NIN song, they fit quite well over top of the JD ones. And yes, tempo-matching needs to be perfected. But pretty rad idea. :)

No this doesn't work at all. These songs are in totally different tempos, and Trents voice is way off.

Not exactly...

There's some beat/tempo issues, and on a couple of notes Reznor is either a sharp compared to the chord, or the chord is really flat, or both...

But it does fit quite nicely!!!
