Mickey Malibu? that has to rate alongside Romeo Challenger (Showaddywaddy's drummer) as a great Rock & Roll name.
I've a press cutting somewhere about JE getting drunk and hitting someone. Playing on his other talent as a psychic medium it was entitled "Jarrow Elvis Too Full of Spirits".
F*****g hell i hope this guy ain't getting paid coz it is idiots like this that give Elvis & the proper ETA a bad name, why people waste there money on pillocks like this i cannot ubderstand, the worlds gone f*****g mad
shut the fuck up you cunt i will knock the fuck you out twat jarra elvis is a legend in south shields my dad got himplaying in pubs back\home for more money than his dole check!! my dad died 3 years ago and that fucking hurts at least jarra elvis made people laugh but not in a bad way!!!!!!!!!
No need for threats mate is there, i am sorry about yor dad, but don't go threatening mate, coz i ain't having any of it & i don;t need it, i had my say & that is the end of it, if people can't have there say then it is a bad world we live in, do you threaten everybody that says anything bad, Elvis is a big name & people use Elvis just to make a few bucks, i am a big Elvis fan & work for a big Elvis show & i don't go with these kind of tributes.
Right!, Myself and others have been trawling the net for years trying to get hold of the Jarrow Elvis documentary..I had it but accidently scrubbed it. Its a classic. Especially 'The Colonel' singing "Spittin in the rain" Comedy classic. Please upload this as soon as!!!!
I got it from UKNova a while back and laughed myself sore at it. Unfortunately the audio on it is uncompressed so the file size is too large for YouTube. :-(
Any chance you could upload the Colonel section? Sheer class..."Jarrow Elvis cant sing a note...cant sing at-ahll" Then warbles his way through spittin in the rain. I'd sell next doors kids to see that again!!
Jarrow Elvis - a true legend. Or should that be Leg End? What are the chances of him playing the Metro Radio Arena? He's miles better than Take That and all the other shite they have on there.
He's a man, a myth, a legend. And he was last seen opening the More24 shop in Jarrow town centre. Indeed, Hebburn Cliff has indeed shuffled off this mortal coil; turfed himself into the Tyne poor soul. My work colleague has the BBC documentary "Elvis in Jarrow" on DVD copy and he will uploading it to youtube very soon. Watch this space...
