Great post Jessica. There is usually a large gap between agents who do the bare minimum and those who take some time and have a little pride in how they market a new listing. Sellers need to look at 2 or 3 of any agents current listings online and ask themselves, " Is this how i expect my house to be featured to potential buyers?" before hiring anyone.
