how much did that rock weigh? i am going to buy some weights near to what i think will be best for my height . and rofl @4:48 "the curly shuffle" im going to incorporate that one too . thanks for the video
Marius Pudjianowski is now proving in the ring that being heavily muscled, strong, fast, fearless, hard and being able to take a lot of hits with only moderate damage (and what damage is done he seems to ignor), yet he slaps the piss out of those more skilled guys if they slip up just once, that's his opening and those highly skilled fighters on their backs getting the Polish Jackhammer to the head and shoulders.
show me how you bring down ppl, plz! Muahahha i mean i have seen 60kg dude BJJing the fuck out of much heavier opponents but I am yet to see a much lighter man dominating much heavier in a stand up. ( dominate is dominate - meaning completely fucking deSStroying)
what's shown is a techniques to advance PROPER muscle bindings, which ONLY you need in combat..being bodybuilder you lose mobility, and mobility means survival
you shouldn't use weight when doing systema specific squats. they are to strengthen tendons and work on breathing. adding weight when your knees are in that position is a BAD idea.
well being a student of vladimir vasiliev. first you shouldnt need a rope round a punch bag for maintaining body posture in stricking, also a kettle bell may help in building core strenght. Yeh as one other guy said slow things down as your just spinning the muscle also when your doing your sit ups get a mate to use strikes on your stomach which will help with your breathing , but hey a good effort .
As for press ups yeh you had the right idea on the stones or any hard floor but to help you slow things down . Go down to the count of ten then hold for ten and back up for ten also to remember to breath to release the tension . Thats ten secs down, ten in the hold position and ten up . i also like throwing the boot in too just to spice things up, again helps you focus more on your breathing .
Hi, I was working to keep my hands in the same position away from my body.. working the hands in this way for multiple striking, not working from any particular stance.. just letting the strikes flow freely, but looking for that heavy strike all the time, also looking at a variety of angles...
Dude you are a Tank! I started doing Systema out of curiosity and now I can't stop learning it!
