No Problem,

I ripped the DVD movie into VOB file using DVD Shrink 3.2, then using Flask MPEG I converted the movie to a AVI file, this way I can use Windows Movie Maker in Vista to cut the movie. I'm sure their is a faster way.

DVD Srink 3.2, Flask MPEG and Windows Movie Maker are all free so this why I chose to do it this way.
