  • press 4 and then 6 god job really

  • @JordanHerrera

Yeah. I agree with you!It gives me proper

understanding when & how my body is

working out. I was eating & working in a

proper manner that really helped my

muscles to make progress. It got the fastest

possible track of muscular growth & muscle

toning. Now, here's the site im talking about:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • yeahi agree you gain 10pound give or take of muscle a year good diet and gym routine etc. guys on steroids @1DemoDavis

  • Very impressive transformation. You look superb.

  • what was your work out sched. and diet?

  • I weigh 178 pounds, 12% body fat and just a little bit taller, I only work upper body and mine looks nothing like yours. I beileive you weigh more then that at 0:37

  • @LikeMyApplezz dude if you want to pack on muslce work the legs hard!!! they help increase the natural growth hormones

  • Now just shave the "neck beard" and you're set, nice work man.

  • gotta keep workin on those lats. otherwise your arms are great!!

  • @strobe562

Actually your mom was giving me good protein bro

    @katzrulebigtime

    Nice name!

I did gain it i dont have to prove anyone that i thank my trainer from gold's gym for helping me out train

  • @lXxTheDevilxXl If you wanna prove this to us GO AHEAD.

  • juiced to the gills. I know this guy

  • What did you eat? How much exersice?

  • 40 pounds in 6 months?

hard to believe. either you were using juice (hopefully not !)

or you gained quite a lot of body fat as well.

gaining lean muscle-mass of 40 pounds in 6 months is close of being impossible.

  • @faraskan its not imposible if you actually push yourself to beyond limits

i am 21 years old and in 8 months ive gained 55 pounds of lean muscle but the only thing of gaining muscles that fast are the stretch marks that are left behind by the fast rate that your muscles grow and your skin cant keep up

  • @lXxTheDevilxXl Wow 55 lbs in 8 months hahaha. How much did your BF % go up? Oh man this made my day xD

  • Good job dude, thumbs up

  • what supplements did u take? what is your workout plan?

  • 6 months ? ok im really considering starting to hit the gym, can you tell me your diet and program ?

  • You don't even know, what a real hard-gainers is :D

  • shit i want to lose wight

  • canu plase check my transformation vidoe I would really appreicate it thank you

  • what exersises were you doing for your arms?

  • @navi83119 good luck...... gaining weight, no problem eat chocolate ice cream all day..... but to put on muscle mass you will need to eat a high protien diet which comes almost entirely from meat. Though you could take most whey protien powders i think. If your serious about natural body building read "burn the fat feed the muscle" don't listen to crappy youtube arguments about reps etc learn properly.

  • @slintuk protein is protein. it doesn't matter where it comes from.

  • @navi83119 lots of protein. Eat nuts and avocados. And lift heavy weights.

  • What people don't understand is that to gain size you don't lift weight, you do more reps. Reps is what give people bigger size, strength is not. Thumbs up so people know :D.

  • @MrVontar Again, bust your ass all you want and all the reps you want. You will not gain. 90% comes from what you put into your mouth. So no, no thumbs up for you.

  • @gamer2242 Ahahaha, no. As long as you get enough protein you will build muscle by doing less weight and more reps. I've been working out for 8 years now. I started lifting in 6th grade at home with 5lbs. My friends saw my biceps, and were amazed, they were bigger than everyone else's. Now I'm at 41, although the size of my bicep hasn't really changed.

  • Nice job man...keep it up

  • i have a question about hardgainers. is it hard for them to gain fat, muscle or both. cause im skinny but i have no problem gaining fat or muscle and am well on my way to getting bigger.

  • @cambershots it makes no difference lol. I had no girls when i diddnt work out, and still the same.

  • damn

  • @ super87cole

do you just go to the gym and work out? do you use light pounds? or do you work out with heavy pounds? do u eaat right? going to the gym and busting your ass off is only 40% of it. the the other 60% is eating and rest.

  • @vlsproduction 3 - 12 rep range heavy

  • look guys it also depends how old you are if your like 16 17 18 or 19 its really hard to gain cause your body will not start really expanding till you hit 20 or over maybe even older depending or genetics like when i started working out i was 15 6ft and 62kg witch is like 150 pounds im now 17 turning 18 in 2months and im now 6ft still but im 90kg witch is 200pounds

  • Comment removed

  • Good job dude! Keep up the good work!

  • Shit,you look huge

  • please tell me how you did it...im almost the exact same height and weight as you. im tired of it

  • Good wonderbar! He's freaking Zues-buff! Great job!!! ^_^

  • @MrLiam0113 eeerr yah he was pretty small. 5'10 140lbs at 20 years old is small dude. Dont discredit this guy. He's done great to come from there to here.

  • heyyy man im 5ft11 and weigh 140lbs. im startin the gym in bout 2weeks to tone up and gain a bit of weight. is it hard to put on muscle from bein skinny or is it not too badd once you get yourself motivated

  • @diggzy1 Dude, it's fuckin easy mate....If you have a good Mass Gaining routine, and a good nutrition plan...You're set...After your first week...You'll feel alot better....Just keep at it and you'll have good results.

Get a plan from the hodgetwins or luimarco

  • @diggzy1 its harder to gain weight when ur naturally skinny but the upside is that the results u get will be very visible... my brother was really skinny and only done weights for about a month (stopped when he hurt his back in a car crash) and changed his whole shape... so while u wont be able to lift the giant weights for a while aestetically ull have better results frm startin skinny... also some great advice is EAT all the food u can see (keep it healthy though) chicken and fish

  • Good shit, man. You look much better when you got that haircut, too. No homo.

  • Shity music

  • Amazing gaining :D

  • what did you use to gain weight and how did you keep it on ...ive tried pills that make you gain weight n they work well and fast ..but if you stop taking your weight drops like never b4,,,sooooo do you hv any tips for a female

  • Comment removed

  • wow nice.. im jelly =p how many calories did you eat a day? what about your routine?

  • Top comment is spam guys. Just FYI

  • holy shit nice gains man...

  • I work out and eat healthy, but I've hit a plateau where I'm not getting any bigger. This is because I limit my intake to what my body needs for my current workout and nothing more. Can someone tell me if gaining muscles requires overeating? I don't want to be working out without seeing improvements past this point.

  • can you tell me what workout schedule did u use cause i wanna start a weight gain program..

  • What do you eat to put on weight like that?

  • W I N S T R O L YOU R. I . P :S

  • mad props to you...maintaining a stable diet that promotes weight gain is the hardest thing to do. I have been working out for a couple months and have barely gained 5lbs, its a start do!

  • Im 14 years old 5'7 140lbs and bench 135 squat 190... Getting work done like you!

  • bro you gotta work on ur abs,

  • How did you get bigger, im thiny :(

  • @Danuxsy like i have no fat almot

  • @Danuxsy i know how you feel bro Dx me too.

  • @Yaseo0 ohh :(

  • fuck sakes i bust my ass at the gym for the last 4 months... ive had no size gains just power.... this is so god dam frustrating... i feel like giving up honestly.,..

  • @super87cole Eat more. Thats what i did. Gained even more power size and mass.

  • @super87cole eat more

  • @super87cole up ur intake of calories, eat things with low-satiety to high calorie ration. Pasta, etc is calorie dense and just keep on it.

  • @super87cole Dude.... eating has a HUGE impact on how much you get built... as for genetics too man.

  • @jvboy88 well i should have the genetics cause my dad was into trainning big. he started out around 140 pounds then went to 240 in 5 years. i was being a little hard on myself ive actully gained about 19 pounds in the last 5 months my arms are big my chest is finally catching up my legs are massive well.. im working on my calfs. anyways im on the right diet for me as of today. i figured all my new supplements so ill get bigger gains now. plus im more focused

  • @super87cole

Diet is key - If you eat like shit or don't eat enough - you are wasting your time -

brown rice- chicken - yams -egg whites - oatmeal- whey protein - weight gainer shakes - 2 at night if your metabolism is insane that is - don't overtrain and make sure you change your workout every 3 weeks or do what I do - sponatenous workouts - every time I go to the gym - I do different exercises -

My training partner put on 30 pounds in 8 months and a good amount of mass

  • @super87cole

spontaneous - we belong to a hardcore gym -we don't take steroids - we take 2 supplements and whey protein - the owner of the gym is a pro body builder and has won Mr. Universe several times and a plethora of other trophies - good luck with your training and stick with it buddy!

  • @MrGuitarandvocals ohhh cool man! today i did my 3 ever deadlift and i was able to pull off 325 :) not bad for my 3 time i guess..

  • @super87cole

not bad at all - be careful - don't fuck yourself up

  • @super87cole We all understand why size is so appealing but power and strength gains must be through the roof! Use it to your advantage and out-squat the big bodybuilders or put your power to use in a sport that you like! Sucks to get owned in a sport but it sucks even more when a smaller guy that doesn't look that big owns you!

  • @super87cole dont give up, getting bigger is a marathon not a sprint. this guy got alot of fat weight with probably 5-10 pounds being muscle max. the reason you arent seeing gains is because of two reasons, 1 you are working out to much and 2 you are looking at your self in the mirror every day so you arent noticing the gains. take pics of your self now and then do it in 2-4 months and you will see the difference...

  • @super87cole

I've been 6 moths and I've only put on 4lbs of muscle (measured with calipers + scales).

I suspect it's a problem with my workout routine and my diet. Not eating enough calories. If I had given up 2 months ago I wouldn't of discovered this.

  • @agun17 yee well i just weighed myself today and im tipping the scales at 166 now. 4 months ago i was only 126. like one guy said maybey im just not noticeing beacuse i look in the mirror everyday idk lol

  • @agun17 send us a message mate if you would like help with your routine i got a good beginners workout for either isolations or compound lifts :)

  • @super87cole That's why you're not seeing size gains. Don't give up, give more. Go harder.

  • @super87cole You dieting properly bro? If you are it's inevitable that you'll get huge, just stick with it!

  • @super87cole protein shake

  • @super87cole You can work out till your face turns blue, but if you're not eating enough (healthy food), then you're going to get no where. Gaining size is 80% good nutrition, and 20% the work you put in at the gym.

You need to find out what ever your maintenance level is calorie wise, and add at least 300 hundred to it.

  • @super87cole

guessing your an ectomorph ? Eat A LOT OF CALORIES - WORK OUT COMPOUNDS ONLY NO MORE THAN 40 MINS 5 times / week get in get out NO CARDIO

  • @nica8213 im not an ectomorph any more im 5.9 166 pounds, im really starting to see gaines now. what weight is consider being an ectomorph

  • @super87cole not weight per say as it is the type of body you have, Tall/skinny/High metabolism = ecto. Shortish/Overweight/Slow metabolism = endomorph. Mesomorph is someone who can burn fat easily and doesnt store too much, yet also naturally has good muscle to work with and can gain muscle easier

  • @super87cole hey man dont give up i was just like you. Trained a half year in the gym and not really gained weight and muscels. Then i started to drink protein shakes and every 2 hours mixed a bananshake with milk and 5 tablespoons of muesli and after that a muesli bar. I started to train on mass that means hevy weight and just 5-7 repetitions. I gained 15 kilogramms in the last two months. Hope it will help.

  • @super87cole Without even knowing the details of your situation, I can guarantee it is your diet. Eat at least 5 meals a day consisting of unprocessed foods that are high in protein, complex carbs and fibrous veggies. If you can eat around 4000 calories of clean food I promise you will make huge gains

  • @super87cole eat more proteins..

  • @super87cole You can bust your ass 24/7 all you want. 90% of gains come from what you eat.

  • @super87cole Size is no good without power. In the army they test power NOT size, and considering its the job of the army to KILL other people which do you think is better? To relate to this fact. Had a old family friend that used to be in the SAS. In the SAS ANYONE in the army can apply to join after they've served. He said it was never the big muscly para's that you wanted to watch to pass. It was the smaller guys, why? because they relied on power, not strength to pass & win.

  • @super87cole Listen, I've been eating non stop, 5 meals a day, for 2-3 years, I have not lost or put on ANY weight whatsoever was stuck on 10st 7 lbs forever. Started gym a few days ago, I've only been TWICE, and have already put on an entire stone. It isn't impossible! You just gotta keep up, eat a lot of protein and carbs at regular times during the day, stretch your body before, during, and after your workouts, maybe because I'm only 16 its a different story but don't give up man

  • @DuncanSim

I was a bit skeptical about the

    MusclesMaximizer.info

program. I know that Kyle Leon who

designed the program had a solid

reputation among fitness buffs, so I

decided to give it a a try. And in just

a short weeks, my muscles were starting

    to appear visibly ..:))

  • Lol I'm 6'1 and 170 lbs and 17 yo dude Ur weak

  • @jumpman23kg you are weak, lol.. your only 170 and your 6'1 ... he's 5'10 btw

  • @MrRoddz1 im 170 and i don't even work out i could be around 200 and how much are you like 5'5 and 135?

  • @jumpman23kg actually im 5'9 165lbs, and im also 17 years old.

  • muted

  • wow how could you gain that weight? please answer!

  • @Keyowah Good diet, good exercise plan, determination, desire?

  • @tomhiggins1 I'm motivated, i got a six pack, but i'm skinny :D need a good diet

  • @Keyowah Good luck then!

  • @tomhiggins1 thank you :)

  • Did you workout your legs and core?...and way nice work! Awesome results! Keep it up! Godspeed!!!! p/s for me its very incouraging I'm 5'9'1/2, around 145 lbs. I used to way app. 130 lbs. on a trans. journey myself.

  • I understand where you're coming from but...for some reason when it comes to peoples bodies and muscle building and fat loss....people over come the odds. Like they say you cant lose fat and gain muscle at the same time...or you can only lose 1 pound a week (or so)....and I have done both. Things like that can happen dude. And this one in particular is totally do-able. Everyone is different.

  • I did that. But, it was artificial. When I stopped, it literally all went down the drain.

  • Durabolin -> DuroboWIN

  • you weren't even that small dude. I was 110 at your height. 120 now.

  • what the fuck is this song!? fucking irritating shit

  • Sexy 0:49

  • First of all, his gains are literally impossible without the aid of steroids. Science simply forbids these types of gains in six months. I am not saying that he didn't gain this weight, but he didn't do it naturally, that is an utmost certainty.

AND YES IT CAN BE DONE - WITH STEROIDS. If you guys want real, solid advice on what types of food you should be eating, good exercise routines, etc. Ask me. This guy is just a "get big quick" type.

  • @Netlocd What foods then?

  • @Netlocd fucking stfu its not roids that made him big its hard ass work and supplements im 15 and almost his size

  • @tdthor66 I never said that this size wasn't possible, kiddo. I said that it was impossible in six months without the aid of steroids, and it's true.

  • @Netlocd thats not true lol

  • @Netlocd You are absolutely, positively correct. This dude appears to be at roughly the same bodyfat level before and after, and claims to be a hard gainer. Any hard gainer would be hard pressed to gain 10 pounds in six months without juice. To anyone who wishes to believe otherwise, talk to an exercise physiologist.

  • @mikper7 +1

  • @Netlocd not true. you're use jealoooooous haha

  • @MrMan2585 Okay. I have science that supports my theory against this weight gain; where's your science that supports the weight gain itself?

  • @tysy73 dude how Is that gonna work? If u wanna get big get a good diet and train hard.

  • HULK SMASH! AWESOME DUDE!

  • Awesome vid.. I really need to get motivated to gain some weight, I was about 140lbs. my whole time in high school but now i'm 22 and a vegetarian (don't think I'm doing it right) and I'm down to about 125 lbs, sickly and always really fatigued. it's hard to believe that 2 years ago I was a lean mean PT machine when I was still in the army, Oh motivation! Where art thou?!

  • @Krandolph17

It can be done man, being veggie don't help as I know I have been there as well, I lost about 30lbs I think (never weighed myself during veggie stage). I had to knock it on the head as much as I didn't want to, I just had to start eating meat to feel better. Your body craves calories and when you dont get enough, you feel tired all the time. I managed to work back up to 165lbs after going down to 135lbs, you just have to convince yourself man, 'I NEED TO EAT NOW'

  • Gallon of milk a day diet will do that

  • Very inspirational . Think you could give us some diet advice?

  • well done

  • roids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @austinbos123

    wimp

  • @truthoutmedia me a whip bahahahahahahahahah ur funny!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You were better then you got too big.

  • @romallivgf Lol at "too big"

That's like being "too rich" or "too smart"

  • Awesome Man! U are so inspiring !

  • @jimmybigcockyou Mwahahaa...do it!

  • i dont know how you can have a transformation like that in 6 MONTHS without doing something not hating but thats crazy that look like years transformation....... 6 months

  • This doesnt make any sense im 143 lbs and have been eating lots of protein, and liftin consistenly for almost 2 months, and it looks like I havent put on one pound let alone any muscle... my arms still small

  • @Cav2013 In order to gain weight, you have to consume more calories than your body is burning. To figure out how many calories you need a day, you can use the Harris Benedict formula (google it) Once you know how many calories you need for maintenance, you have to add 500 to that number and try to hit that number every day. You can google some bodybuilding nutrition articles and read and educate yourself on the subject. If you're not eating correctly your not going to grow. Good luck.

  • @Cav2013

How often do you rest after training? Do you do many compound exercises instead of isolated ones?

  • Put up the first before pic then the second then the last

  • Great job man!! Your before pic didn't look bad at all either. At least you had a good body to work with in the 1st place. Good luck in the future!!

  • thanks for dis video dude, it really inspired me. I have confidence now. Thank u

  • So much gear, well done.

  • What did you eat daily? and how many calories did u intake? workout program?

  • how the fuck can u gain 38 pounds in 6 months lol i dnt think ever roids can do that

  • @londonTown1989 lol roids definitely could do that lol but before ppl freak out im NOT sayin he was using them. when you first start working out if u were neglecting your diet and ur skinnier than ur body naturally should be ur body responds really quickly initially... when i first started trying to gain i packed on about fifty pounds in the same time frame.. but eventually it will level off and he'll be struggling to gain ten pounds a year like the rest of us lol. hope that helped

  • @GangstasMind Cheers for that :) im guessing thats what it was lol

  • @londonTown1989 shut up skinny boy

  • @detcl lmao not really im nearly 12 stone u bean i was just asking how this guy put on so much weight so fast i eat like hell and gain very slowly

  • @londonTown1989 you re 12 years old kid he is 18 or 20 and he takes protein shakes or what i know but he dont takes steoride and when you are older than you can put so much weight

  • Comment removed

  • @detcl then you´re a skinnyboy :D and he dont takes roid this is natural

  • @londonTown1989 im 22 not 12 as u can prob guess by my user name, and protein doesnt make u put on weight it just helps repair your muscles, if u want to put on weight it best eating lots or carbs weight gain shakes, but your body only absorbs about 10% anyway so there pretty pointless weight gains or protein shakes. i never said he did take steroids did i if u read the comment.

  • BAD MUSIC

  • Your body looked fine before your workout endeavor...and you did no working out to get like you were in the beginning? You got bigger for sure but you sure didn't start out small. Working out must make you feel good huh? That's what I hear. Do you exercise your mind as well? The path I found to be most useful for myself is intensive insight meditation taught by a wise teacher.

  • @uilium 140 lb at 5' 10 is a tiny body you can't say that he didn't start out small, especially in comparison to the fact that he is 178lb now, this coming from someone who is 140lb

  • @WarCube1231 He looked cut though at 150 lbs.(not 140 like I thought)

  • can i ask what type of substances were u eating?

  • You look a lot healthier with that xtra weight! Good job.

  • Good for you man, i'm in the process of doing the same. What keeps you motivated and any other tips?

  • @cracksmackinator3000

Motivation...... we can only improve if we keep moving, nothing is guaranteed but if we stop, we can guarantee that we will not improve at all.

  • holy SHIT!!! thats pretty amazing man, keep up the good work!

  • Holy fucking christ! How did you gain 138 lbs of what seems to be mostly muscle? And at such an older age too. I am now 19, 145 lbs and 5'7". I used to weigh 155 lbs and maxed out 205 on the bench, but I'm pretty skinny and scrawny now. I want to start pumping again, but honestly how do you get such gains. Must be pumping and eating like crazy.
