You were about to perform the posterior glide prior to the inferior glide performed.. is the posterior glide basically the same as in your Video (2 of 3), except just upgraded to level 3? Also if inferior glide works to increase abduction. What does the posterior glide work to increase? Would it work to increase shoulder flexion?
