@gjc82071 Perhaps, and please understand I'm really reaching into the darkness with this theory, that 1) Warren was nine years old when the "Bros" first formed. 2) The band is named the "Allman" Brothers and not the "Haynes" Brothers for a reason. 3) The original foundation of the Allman Brothers Band was based on Blues-based Rock; of which, Gregg has the ultimate essential voice for, while Haynes does not. Capiche?

I'd forgotten about this video and my comment. Thanks for the reply. I'm a big fan of Warren Haynes and all he has done with Government Mule and the ABB. I still think people should buy Moondance and Back In Black and Blood On The Tracks and Zoso and Appetite For Destruction and Shake Your Money Maker. Some albums just stand above all others and Moondance is one of those.

It's not a bad version, but why not Van Morrison's is simple: Van's recording is owned by Warners and youtube is being forced to remove material owned by Warners. That's going to happen with all videos which use copyrighted music and recordings. The recordings are not owned by the posters but by the companies or the artists. Using copyrighted material w/o permission means the artists and composers don't get paid for their work. Sucks, but that's the way it is.
