  • Comment removed

  • you can get a Game and Watch Ball replica at Club Nintendo, but it's for an absurdly amount of points.

  • its game and watch not time out

  • time out????

  • 0:23 what the hell?

  • Better than the PSP and Vita combined.

  • i could just imagine, back then, this would've been the complete pinacle of portable gaming.

suddenly, a bright light appears, and a child is granted a current day 3ds.

he proceeds to throw it in the trash and continue with his game & watch.

  • Damn I remember them beeing reeeeaaly expensive!

  • ew, hillbilly teeth on that girl.

  • Nobody is seeming to get this. Nintendo did not have enough money to send thousands of Game & Watches to America when the series started (They had no Nintendo of America to do so), which is why Nintendo gave the copyrights to Mego to develop such games, which saved time and money. Once Nintendo knew that the series was worth it in America then they made the Nintendo of America in NYC which is where they released Game & Watches after the Silver Series.

  • @snoopingasusuall1 no. Time Out > Black ops :D

  • IT'S GAME & WATCH YOU CHEAP IMMITATORS!!!!!!!

  • Firemen Firemen was the best. Save the bouncing babies.

  • Those aren't Game & Watches...

  • time ou is not as good as game and watch

  • 0:23 WTF ??

  • 0:23 what the hell?

  • How'd Game & Watch come to the US as Time Out in the first place?

  • 0:23 lol that girl has ugly teeth

  • @dragonpaw101 Yeah, but she has a hot ass.

  • That game, "Ball", is still amazingly, incredibly fun to play.

  • 0:22 :D

  • Time Out my ass.......GAME & WATCH!

  • Hey, hey, this commercial is portable.

  • wait US game and watch looks like game boy micro while Japanese game and watch looks like the ds whats up with that?!?!

  • Not only the Multi-Screen series of Game & Watch handhelds were what the Nintendo DS was inspired by, but it was also inspired by the last three arcade games Nintendo independently-created (Punch-Out!!, Super Punch-Out!! and Arm Wrestling), as well as the Virtual Boy (which uses two screens to create a 3D effect).

  • 0:23 whats with that girl? I ROFLD at that!

  • thats the number 8-_-

  • Game and Watch- The DS of the past.

  • Holy crap,it's just another rip off of the Game & Watch.Ashens should review this!

  • @MattTheSushi

No its not, these guys were legal distributers for Nintendo, they just called them different names thats all.

  • The commercials made by Nintendo in the 90's and 80's are way better than those of today.

  • 0:22 MISSING TOOTH? WTH? XD

  • "handheld" revolution

  • What a shit commercial for Nintendo Game & Watch. Time Out? WTF?

  • Nintendo ds symbol at 0:24 in the guys shirt lol!

So here is where it comes from....

  • Comment removed

  • How come like every single 70s or 80s commercial has a part where they're playing tennis?

  • it was a popular sport

  • kid.

  • fag this was the thing the made Nintendo what it is today, so f off

  • so are you

  • i sware the game and watch is better than you, squapen

  • This wasn't Nintendo. There were TONS of companies that made variations of Game & Watch, which makes collecting them more fun, because they don't just end with the Nintendo LCD games..

  • they should get there own idea

  • Is one of them games called "black man" or is it something different

  • FLAGMAN, DAMMIT!

  • hahaha

  • why would people buy these when u could get the ORIGINAL G&W ones!?

  • IN JAPAN ITS TWO SCREEN

  • accualy, it's only for games like: oil panic, donky kong, or green house. games like that.

  • Yes I am replying to a 2 week old comment, but holy dick you are retarded.

  • Lol, this was... AWESOME!

  • YOU FAIL.

  • @donnie350 you do know there was no DS back then, right? In a few years, your mommy will be buying you a "more advanced" system and you'll think the DS is stupid. It's called "generation",kid.

  • those are NOT THE GAME & WATCH GAMES JUST A STUPID RIP OFF

  • Actually they were made by Nintendo for Mego.

  • i had 1 when i was a kid i still have it but its broke

  • @01372mrjerry Try replacing the batteries

  • i feel confused. why the company allow the commercial planner to make this?

  • I still have two of these games. They were expensive back in the day. I think over $70

  • what games are they

  • So were these rip offs of G&W or what? The names and company name are different.

  • 0:23 made me scream
