@brutus4201 Well, in general they had. Yes. The other 4 pairs that I had all ran consistent. 32 was too small and 33 was just right. I got these in a 33 and they are loose. I'll have to check with Vertx.
These would be great for traveling. They look unassuming and you can tuck your wallet in that back flap. I also always wanted secondary pockets inside my cargo pockets to stop everything from sliding around in them. Smart design.
I prefer the thicker cotton fabric in winter, but by far the nylon ripstop in summer. Another great review man. I'm actually gonna be looking for more pants soon so these reviews are great. Oh and I see the Rolex is getting some wrist time - nice!
Hi and thanks for this great review, and for pointing out the main features. What would you say about the legs flexibility… implying a kicking motion? As I have no retailer in the vicinity I can't test that myself. There are some great Elastane jeans but I'd like to keep some side pseudo-cargo pockets. It's difficult to combine pockets and resistance without yelling «SECURITY» by wearing such apparel ;) In that regard, the Phantom seems reasonably simple.
@kreeloo The knees just make it a more natural fit when you bend your knees compared to pants that don't have that feature. Its not light years ahead of other pants, but is a nice addition.
@Smokin07ram Thanks. I'm in the US though, so I'm not sure on Canada retailers. I'm actually just an hour away from Vertx HQ, but I still get them from regular retailers.
Do both styles run small in the waist? I understood you said to buy one size larger, right?

Great review.
I just love that camera of yours.
They seem like excellent "non tactical" pants.
Where are you getting them in Canada?
I am in Victoria btw.
Thanks!

@snareman95 LOL! For some reason I thought you were in Canada...You have a vocal inflection similar to my eastern brethren. Thanks anyway!

@Smokin07ram LOL. I need to start saying 'eh? more often so I can fit in with my northern brethren. :-)
