man, for a development state video, the moves, and graphics were pretty complete, and, if you annalise, 2k's control IS HARDER, cuz you have to hold down L2 and then use the right stick, while holding down L2. here, you don't have to use L2. and it was already a good thing they tried, because with only a couple of developers, and with 2k11 with that my player and all that MJ stuff, they were brave!

only ea game that is ok is madden10 for ps3...2k series have been suffering the same drawbacks as ea...as soon as they try to built on a new engine by adding frames so the movement of the players looks more "real" it looses the fluidity of motion or fucks up the attributes algorithm...2k8 was brilliant, in 2k9 they tried to enrich the signature shooting motion, and it ended up making a shot being a matter of mechanics and not attribute...still they are light years ahead of any ea bball game...

Since nba live 2005, all of ea's basketball games have went downhill. They need to change their graphics engine the players look like shit, the animations arent life like or have enough variety. Their visual presentation and features are good. Also i would like to see them bring back the dribble course from live 06, lastly they need to go back to their old control scheme only then will they be a contender to 2k. To me it seems ea only focuses on their fifa and nhl games.

I'm actually glad what happend to the game. maybe it wakes ea up. they make shitty games since they exist. fifa 98, fifa 99, nhl 99 and nba live 2000 where actually quite good, but every other game they made. sports and non sports were full of bugs, talking big about improvements and never had actual improvements. and talking about realism is almost offensive ! what they did was not even arcade... just... uninspirational crap made to sell alot by aggressive advertisement.
