That one guy flying around up there doing all the killing is obviously a hacker.

I have however come across players in SWAT that don't hack at all but still manage to make a kill with every shot they make and somehow avoid getting killed. Some of the shots I've seen people make seem impossible, no aim mods or anything. Some people take the game too seriously, perhaps.

@XxDrex64xX Don't worry my good man, I did report them along with my whole party. :) i followed these guys into another game just to spread the word. The GamerTags were banned within 5 hours. Also I know thats why i gave up on Cod4. :'(
