@NewestMember yes it will upload on youtube at 1080p too but I use 720. I don't think people can tell the diff between 720 and 1080 and the videos are easier for people to play, depending on their connections and computer resources, when we experimented

I thought the JVC GZ-MS230 was only standard definition--not high definition. I didn't know it would record 1080p.
