  • hi,very nice but can you tell me where did you buy the Co2 glass tube laser?

    Who sell's them?

  • wow! i am working on a co2 laser myself but how did you get yours to be soo small? would be awesome if you could mail me some details on your project because all i know about are these bulky long glass tube lasers

  • @DaJaeff there is a 1.6m long glass tube in the back of the machine, the laser is delivered to the head via 3 mirrors.

  • @coastalcnc nice, so it isnt visible in the video. whats the hose at the tip for?

  • @DaJaeff It's for compressed air, to keep the object lens clear of smoke and to blow away the smoke from the cut.

  • @coastalcnc Could you please put a video of the setup while working please? (To see the mirrors and how to focus it) Thanks :)

  • Where did the laser module come from?

  • what is the star trek sound?

  • @MegaPitoe It's the stepper motors, just happen to work on a audible frequency

If you're clever enough you can get these machines to play tunes. Personally i find it better to not bother.

  • That's some music!

  • smell

  • AWESOME!!!! Whats the budget on the build?

  • I have the table? as the laser cost and where I can buy?

  • how can ı do that laser.what ı need to make this please tell me??

  • What happens if you put your hand under the laser?

  • @QLHanz Never tried it myself, but if you want to give it a go you're more than welcome to. The nearest hospital is less than 3 miles away but i don't know if they can sew fingers and hand back on there.

  • @QLHanz Absolutely nothing. The photons in the laser will cut through plywood but are smart enough to bypass the cells in your hand.

  • @w0mblemania Intredasting

  • is this there electrical discharge happening?

  • @pinkybrain6

No the sparks you can see are burning wood partials being blown away at high speed by the air assist.

  • The laser is focused at 52mm so by the time it gets to the table it's well out of focus and unable to cut it.

  • what prevents the table base to be burn out / cut??? i love it... no noise.

  • Do you sell plan to make this machine? how do I cut from PDF format?

  • It's a Co2 glass tube laser rated at 80 watt.

  • How many mw or watt is that laser you are using ?

And also, is it a regular but stronger laser pointer, or one of those c02 lasers.
