3:21 shows just how awesome Conan is. If something went wrong or there was an obvious fuck up, instead of ignoring it, he'd openly state and make fun of it. Thats how awesome he is. He wasn't afraid to get crazy, mess up his hair/or make up. Or do anything. He was just real and such a pro on improvisation. Thats why he beats Leno and Letterman. Conan is GOD.

I don't know if it's on here, but Conan told a story more recently about his son wanting to dress up as a UPS man for Halloween, but he thinks Halloween is supposed to be scary so he was walking around in a UPS uniform going "RRAAAARRR!!"

I love whenever there is a mistake on one of Conan's shows--but this one is my favorite by far. THis one does not get old and I've seen this countless times--so endearing.
