  • i used this in U16 AA, but none of my other teams have used it, very good drill, i dont know why its not more common.

  • We use this drill in practice as well and Filatov is awesome Blue Jackets got a heck of a player on their hands

  • lol its not a new drill. Most teams in practice use this to make it easier to work on special teams play such as powerplay. They work the system.

  • Really? Thanks for the info. I'd not seen it done til this practice. Lord knows, we need SOMETHING to help us with our powerplay!
