How can HP cancel a product in 50 days? They needed to give it more time, it didn't have a huge "launch party" as you would expect from Apple products --- it needs time to take off. And lots of people are waiting for the Pre3.

Im all for tablet pc's but just stop making variants of the ipad there is nothing compared to its battery life weight and thin body innovations. even though the ipad 1 is already a year old some tablets still cant compare to it and now with the addition to the ipad 2 it defines a whole new level of tablet pc's so just stop making rip offs of the ipad because the only thing that has barely come close to the ipad is the Motorola xoom which still is not even close.

@webos1337 Apple did it right or they were the most successful in making tablet PCs and mp3 players there may have been others that preceded them but none were as significant. This is a copy of the iPad. Apple has made a ton of money off the iPad and HP wants some of that market. They aren't copying the tablets that came out in 2004 cause they sucked balls they are copying the iPad cause it was successful. abercrombiehcogirl isn't stupid. she is dead on.

@vernvandamn I work at best buy and i think it's hilarious how we carry a few android tablets, some pc tablets, and of course the ipad. When the ipad 2 came out, we had lines out the door and sold out within the first half hour. Every time we get a truck in we instantly sell out. But we always tell our customers we have plenty of motorolla, samsung, and dell tablets if they don't want to wait for the next shipment. No one ever wants them though, they'd rather wait for a quality product.

They have Kindle on board so that is GREAT!!!!!! Pandora is already around, GREAT!!! Unless you get NETFLIX on the "Out-of-Touch pad" and make it less a DAD's tablet and more trendy it will fail. Apple knows how to market to all age demographics...I say to make it trending start a relationship with VUDU as well.
