@Sheikh Ahmed Ali... Can you give us any proof that ALLAH Subhanhu wa Ta'ala came in dream of Rasullullah ( Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam ) ??
Just asking because you are giving us great STORY that ALLAH Subhanhu wa ta'ala came in dream of that man who perfumed that paper which had ALLAH name on it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and what do u say about abu haneefa where he says No Capital Punishment for the one who marries his own mother with mutual connect. Do u accept fatawa alamgiri as your fiqh book? Is haddyah your Fiqh Book? Is dure mukhtar your fiqh book? Is qadooro your fiqh book? I have them ...lets see how you protect abu Haneefa for saying things against qurana nd sunnah
@AbuMusaNiazi Imam Tahawi in his sharh ma'ani al-athar has discussed this topic. Mawlana Sarfraz has discussed this in his Kalam al-Mufid (p. 275-280) also. The stance of Imam Abu Hanifa is way harsher than other Imams. He even declares such a person as an apostate and makes no difference between the guy being married or not. In both instances he deserves to be killed.
@mibrahim01 i am sorry but you do not know what you are saying.....pl check again from your fiqh book what it says where abu Haneefa categorically denies any capital punishment in this case.Or you want me to share with you the title page no and complete evidence of abu Haneefa fatawa on this subj issue.

Obey Allah, and obey the messenger and those of you who are in authority; and if ye have a dispute concerning any matter, REFER IT TO ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER IF YOU ARE (IN TRUTH) BELIEVERS in Allah and the Last Day. That is better and more seemly in the end." (4:59) This is the rule of Taqleed. Anything else is just following your desire (nafs). This is for the men of understanding.
