I'm going to comment this for the hell of it, i'm not sure your brain can handle it but here goes:
That's Viper, an ANI player that got moved by accident to the BCU conference room instead of the ANI room by a GM because he did something illegal - game related. It was an old way of doing it if the GM didn't have the necessary powers to do anything about it.
