@atheos2050 Yes it is. I believe that the difference in height between the middle of the net and the net level with the tramlines is about 6 inches. That's why you sometimes hear people talking about how impressive a shot is considering it was over the highest point of the net...meaning the part furthest from the middle :)

@bonguskongus sometimes it's about being in the moment. i'm a hockey player and when you win a tournament or a playoff series the players always celebrate a little bit first, then shake hands with the opponents, and then celebrate some more. i don't think it's wrong to do that and it doesn't make them primadonnas. it just makes them elated athletes, which is what they should be.
