The prime onjective of the news is to engender fear. Ignore it and dont care about it, live your own reality. In my experience....this discussion of "religious programming" is desperately needed. There is no fundmental difference between religions. The issue is the religious retoric that has taken us away from freedom/ourselves. The "programs" in place today are taking human beings further away from independent thought and creating profound confusion.

For instance, he makes a sweeping generalization about all Christian churches saying they don't ask the attendees to look inward. This is such a fallacy . Many Christian churches are constantly asking us to look inward. There is a bit of hypocrisy going on here. That said, there is some truth here.
This is perfect information for a martial artist. One of the first things you learn, those who train should now what Im talking about. I train Wing Chun/Capoeira and we always fight with a smile on our face no anger.
@reddragon22344 no not necessarily. Check out Amit Goswami, proving god exists. The problem with religion is not the sacred original texts, that tell us we are created in God's image. Would God then not want humans to learn the proper functioning of our brilliant brains and God spark. All movements however are subject to control and manipulation, by those desiring control and power, and are filled with materialistic greed. Compassion is the base of our human functioning, should be focused upon.
@lifthra Seems that compassion is indeed the wanted function of most, many, but not all. "Variety is the spice of life." so to speak. There are those who are made content by other things, some of which I may not enjoy, but it simply is so as we are, though the same in so many ways..just as different from one another. Unfortunately I have noticed there are those who would "love" to destroy compassion, love, creativity.... blah

Always somewhere else except in us. That's why so many never find God. They're not looking in the right place.
