I just beat Blood Harvest today on expert (single player). It was hard, but I realized (after like twenty resets) that the only good strategie for the campaign endings is staying in open fields. That way zombies and tanks won`t make it to your position.

I know L4D is an old game, but it will always be awesome. So It would be really nice to see your Blood Harvest finale to compare. Please, it would be really nice.

It didn't take as long as the others for me to beat it on expert.

yeah use either the pump or auto shotty and you have to shoot the witch directly in the face, what i do is turn my light off, run right up to the witch, and crouch down so your right at her level, then wait until she looks at you, then blow her away. It might take a couple tries to get used to but if your just looking for the achievment do it on easy lol

i tried on expert running back to the safe room after hitting the button only 3 people made it(bill got hit with the smoker,hunter combo)everything went smoothly till 2nd tank arrives as it comes freakin' zoey runs far away and gets owned.Me and my friends kill the tank the plane door opens now we got to sprint for it with low health hunter gets my friend at the other plane I run for it i'm like 4 feet away and get grabbed by a smoker that's what happens if you play with noobs.nice vid 5 star

its a glitch you can do witht he big Turrent, melee the turrent a bunch of times, the more you melee it the farther you will go, then jump on top of the turrent and it will launch you. Its tons of fun actually i used it to jump me to the helipad last minute of the rooftop finale in versus, it was great lmao

I got a question though... If you stack several propane tanks and cylinders do they inflict cumulative damage on the tank? Because me and my buddies have tried this a few times and it was like he had only suffered the damage from a single prop tank... leading us to believe for some time that the damage from a single tank was so low that we would have to stack a few dozens to do a significant amount of damage so we stopped using them...

I'm not sure if they stack damage but individual propane tanks do a lot of damage on a good hit and its better to use them one at a time to keep the Tank stun locked. It would be nice to stack enough propane that the explosion could be seen from space though lol

xNSxTwisted=Bmaag21........Use them separetly, you need to be able to stun the tanks as much as possilbe. They provide time for the shotgun to do work.

Despite how retarded they are during travel, when it comes to camping, my previously mentioned points make them great. The only reasons bots wouldn't shoot at zombies is if they weren't aggroed, but all zombies in finale are aggroed. This means they will shoot them, generally, the moment they see them.

And it's harder to work with two bots because if GREED and bmaag were trying to set up a strategy, it's very difficult to actually have them listen, considering they're not human players. They don't have the ability to listen to commands. That's what I was getting at. Apparently I had to explain in full though to get my point across.

I completely agree with YouJussGotCurbed (OP) on this. Bots have perfect aim, shoot the perfect amount of bullets, never shoot their teammates, don't run away from the Tank to let their teammates die. These are the things human players would do.

What often happens: Tank comes, teammates scatter-fire instead of focus-fire. Thus, the Tank isn't as slow and hits someone.

Otherwise, I'm just jealous you guys make it look so godamn easy. Of course, there has to be something to blame it on.

2 Assualy rifles+ several mags of shotgun=tank down easily. People suspect tanks of being hard because they don't tell their entire team to focus fire on them. They die easily, then. Valve said this themselves.

Under the Xbox Live Achievements, it says that you need to beat the whole chapter in one sitting to get the achievement. Greed and Bmaag have lifes too, you know?

That didn't seem like expert =/ I mean, I guess the end credits said it was, but those tanks dropped very fast and you got very few boss infected spawns. It looked like maybe 4 tops each wave not counting the tank. When me and my friends were doing this, it took almost all of our ammo to kill each tank and each wave spawned at least five boss infected, probably more around seven. And we were only on Advanced difficulty...I'll be using those tips next time we play though.

But the special infected along with the common infected had to cross that long parking lot, so they didn't have a real chance to get close before IvGREEDvI and I killed them all. IDK why the tanks dropped so fast, but as you can see, we put a lot of bullets into them. Good Hunting.

Oh, also, how would you guys think that the area right behind the escape plane would be to defend instead of the hero closet? It's got a wall at your back as well and an open area to fight the tank at, plus it's close enough to the ammo that you can probably go and grab some between waves if you're fast.

We were trying it last time we played and it seemed to work out pretty well, only problem was the tanks really, since we need to work on our skills in fighting them. And smokers were a problem too I guess, but smokers are always a problem.

Hahaha, awesome job. Me and my friends are still trying to beat the campaigns on Advanced, and this one was a tough one to us. Didn't quite get to the end though--Tank killed my three friends and dropped me to about 10 HP, then a smoker took me away. =(

Very well done, I love that little 'corner' on this map.

Even more well done that you basically did it with dual pistols.

The Gatling does help in taking out massive amounts of hordes, but you said it perfectly. Strategically that spot is hell, even if you do have 4 real people playing. Just to many places to cover.

I had to laugh when the Tank was chasing you in reverse, I don't think I've ever had that happen to me before.

I looked around online and found an adapter for 360 to use Mouse and Keyboard, but since I don't own a 360 blowing 80 bucks on the adapter to play it a handful of times on my brother in law's console just didn't seem like a wise sink hole for my money, haha.

Going to be L4Dless again until Christmas sadly. I hope my skills don't get rusty in my downtime.
