You also need to clean the milk off the face, she/he is covered.

@labsrus1 we did all that made them burt, and our vet told us about goat milk, we just could not get it, and we also did clean their mouth after every meal! forunatelly on the video our kids helped us TONS!

thanks for the comments I think it also helps other that might run into this feeding problems when there's lots of puppies, or any other situation when the mom is not in conditions to feed the puppies :)

@pokemon8007 sorry for the delay, please take the recipe my wife posted below, we got that from our vet, and they all gained weight fast, , **** updated recipe Mix 32 oz of calcium enriched milk with one egg, 1 tbs of butter and 1 tbs of honey. Warm it up just enough so it's not cold.

try half the recipe so the milk won't go bad.... please let us know how does it go.

most important thing is to give the puppy LLOOOOOOTTTSSS of love!

@paespi Goats milk is better than cows milk by far. Pups can't digest cows milk properly. Your vet must be old or not into repro of animals.

i ve just found some 1 week -old 7 puppies cast in the middle of the street ... and am tryin to save them ....how much milk does one like these need ? i just stop when they start to move their heads away from the bottle and stop sucking

Here's a recipe of what the vet told us to do feed them:

Mix 32 oz of calcium enriched milk with one egg, 1 tbs of butter and 1 tbs of milk. Warm it up just enough so it's not cold.

I think we used to feed them 2 oz each time. if you have a kitchen scale, you can weigh them, ours used to gain about 1 oz a day. In that way you'll know that you're feeding them enough.

Hope this helps but it will be good to check with a vet just in case.
